Corporate History

Takara Printing was established as Japan's first printing company specializing in disclosure services.

1952	Founded as Takara Shokai K.K..
1960	Established as the current Takara Printing Co., Ltd..
1988	Registered its stocks on the over-the-counter market. (first public offering in Japan by a disclosure-dedicated printing company.)
1997	Established Financial Media Co., Ltd.
1998	Listed its stocks on the Second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2000	Acquired the international Attestation "ISO9002" with Ukima plant.
2001	"TAKARA DIC-NET system" responding to "EDINET" launched to operate.
2002	Takara-Printing Co., Ltd. celebrated 50th anniversary.
2003	Listed it's stocks on the First section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2004	Acquired both the international Attestation "ISO9001" and "ISO14001" with the whole company base.
2005	FSC Forest Certification obtained. PrivacyMark(Company base) Certification obtained.
2006	Task., Ltd. became a subsidiary.
2007	Disclosure Innovation Inc., Research Institute for Disclosure established.
2008	Invested in Japan IPO Practical Skill Examination General Incorporated Association (non-consolidated subsidiary), a limited liability intermediate corporation (currently general incorporated association).
2009	Launched the Vision 2012 Mid-term Management Plan.
