Message from the President

On December 2, 2019, Takara Printing Co., Ltd., a company that has supported listed companies and companies planning IPOs for some 70 years since its founding, as a support company for the creation of documents related to disclosure and IR, was established through an incorporation-type company split as new “Takara Printing Co., Ltd.,” which mainly succeeds and operates the Disclosure & IR business.

With the digitization of statutory disclosure documents in today's environment for information disclosure, the needs for corporate solutions in various fields are growing. Trends include the increased need for support relating to XBRL as well as disclosure ordinances, the digitization of the general meeting of shareholders process, the transition to IFRS disclosure due to internationalization of companies, the transition to translations in multiple languages, such as Chinese and European languages as well as English, and the promotion of internal communication.

Under these circumstances, as a member of the TAKARA & CO GROUP, we will further refine our expertise and expanded our service offerings based on the knowledge and know-how we have cultivated over the years as a leading company in the disclosure and IR field, whereby being a company that is indispensable to society through the enhancement of corporate value of our customers.
