Since its founding in 1952, as a specialist firm that supports the preparation of disclosure-related documents required by laws such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Companies Act, as well as discretionary disclosure documents such as investor relations (IR) materials, the Company has been producing printed materials and electronic data, providing consulting services, and has earned the trust of numerous customers.

The Company’s most notable strengths are its experience and know-how cultivated since its establishment as a pioneer of disclosure services. All employees of the Company will work as one for us to become a corporation that can attract and impress customers through services built upon this foundation.
