Finance Support in Japan and Overseas

We provide support within Japan for the preparation of documents such as securities reports, shelf registration documents and prospectuses necessary for the issuance of new shares, the offering of shares and the issuance of corporate bonds, as well as support for EDINET submissions.
In addition, we provide support for the preparation of English prospectuses (translation, printing, etc.) in the event of the simultaneous subscription and offering of shares in overseas markets (global offering).

Security Measures

Documents relating to important insider information, including equity finance and tender offers, are subject to information management and are prepared by a limited number of relevant persons under the strictest internal security environment*.
*Includes permanent work areas exclusively for insider projects, the installation of security cameras to monitor access to these areas, and the installation of alarms near entrances and exits.
