We are Japan’s first financial printing company to produce disclosure documents, a business in which we have been engaged for the past 65 years since our foundation in 1952. With over twenty years’ experience in practical support for IPOs, we have supported 177 of the 352 companies that have conducted an IPO in the past five years (2012-2016). Leveraging our many years’ experience and knowledge, we guide the way to ensure that our customers achieve a successful IPO.

Flawless outsourcing system from the preparation of listing application documents to practical support for IFRS
One of our subsidiaries is Task Co., Ltd., a company with over twenty years’ experience in IPO consulting services. We have created a system enabling the complete outsourcing of the IPO preparation process, including the preparation of medium-term management plans, the preparation of internal regulations, the preparation of administrative flowcharts, the preparation of Part I documents, the preparation of Part II documents, responses to listing review questions, and support for building internal control systems. Additionally, when preparing for IPOs in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), we provide support by putting together a project team consisting mainly of certified public accountants in our Corporate Consulting Department who are highly knowledgeable in IFRS.

Contributing to the training of IPO staff
In 2008, we established the Japan IPO Practical Skill Examination Association, and are contributing to the training of staff who are responsible for listing preparation procedures through the IPO Practical Skill Examination Test, which certifies that successful applicants have the necessary abilities to undertake listing preparations. To date, over 2,400 applicants have passed the test, and test sites have increased to 180 venues throughout Japan’s entire 47 prefectures.
