We are actively engaged in supporting J-REITs (Japanese real estate investment trusts), infrastructure funds and private placement REITs, and in 2007 established the REIT Business Department, a specialized unit, as we work to expand our market share by incorporating a company-wide support system centered on continuous disclosure.
