1. Extensive independent checking process

   We improve the quality of our translations by means of an extensive independent checking process that includes an independent check of numerical information such as the figures and dates of financial results that are particularly important for disclosure and IR documents (numbers check), a bilingual check matching the Japanese against the English (checking the translation against the original text), and checks from the perspective of specialization in disclosure and IR (disclosure and IR translation checks).

2. Accumulated expertise through business dealings with many customers

   We serve approximately 3,900 listed companies as clients and leverage our expertise in Japanese and English disclosure and IR documents, with over 4,000 orders annually, to provide high-quality, standardized English translations that incorporate the latest trends.

3. Translations of insider information and confidential information

   We enforce a management system for the translation of insider information and the translation of confidential documents such as materials for board of directors’ meetings, prior to disclosure.
